24th - 25th October 2007, NEC Birmingham

Festo Didactic – Training & Consulting will be offering a broad range of solutions at SME 2007.

Service Management Europe 2007 - NEC Birmingham

We will be promoting our popular Service Ambassador Program, which is designed to build communication, behavioural awareness and team skills in service organisations. Crucially, we believe in enabling managers to deliver change for themselves and supply management training in areas such as coaching and change management and other soft skills.

Within the training & consultancy range, Festo will show the four courses that make up the Service Ambassador Program.

Designed to develop more responsive and capable service teams. It focuses in turn on service engineer communication skills, handling different behavioural styles and attitudes, the dynamics of the service team, and on maximising the benefits of training, giving service businesses some key techniques to help promote operational excellence.

Mark Hemming and his team will be on stand 334, and will be happy to deal with any questions you may have. Don’t forget to claim your free Competitive Energy drink!
