Service training

Field service is changing fast. Companies need to identify the everchanging training needs of their staff and provide them with the skills to adapt and to tackle new tasks, such as the 'soft' skills of communicating with customers.

With these needs in mind Festo have developed two training courses focused on providing field service engineers with the necessary skills and knowledge to identiy and handle different types of customer behaviour, as well as providing a structured approach to handling customer communications.

Our courses are designed for all personnel involved in delivering after sales service on site at their customer's premises such as Service Engineer.
